Returns and Refunds

30-day returns

Ariakon accepts returns within 30 days for new and slightly used products, including defective and non-defective products. We do not offer exchanges.

Return shipping is not free. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the return label. Returns are sent by mail.

There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 7 to 10 days after we receive the returned product.
